JAMES "Jim" HAMMELMAN has been Vice President of Finance of Gaither Petroleum Corporation since March 2012. In this role, Jim is responsible for the finance and administrative functions of the Corporation and its affiliates, including the sourcing of debt and equity capital to fund the growth of the Corporation, banking relations, as well as cash flow management and investment. Jim has over 30 year experience in energy finance with various companies such as ConocoPhillips, Suez North America and Reliant Energy and has executed over $30 billion of financings. Jim received a B.S. degree in Management from Southeast Missouri State University and an M.B.A. from Houston Baptist University.
